Trauma Informed Leadership - Hobart

  • Salamanca Inn, Churchill Room 10 Gladstone St, Battery Point TAS 7004, Australia (map)

Trauma informed leadership is a one-day leadership intervention for organisations, teams and leaders looking to create psychological safety in their cultures so people AND productivity can flourish.

Participants will safely and engagingly learn:

  1. What is trauma informed leadership and why does it matter?

  2. How the autonomic nervous system rules behaviour - individually and collectively.

  3. How to create and maintain psychologically safe cultures.

  4. Recognising and managing state change in self and others during feedback and big conversations.

  5. How, why and when boundaries are critical to leadership and how to set them.

  6. A trauma informed leadership toolkit to measure and operationalise learnings.

Expertly facilitated by Dr. Polly McGee, participants will leave knowing what informs their leadership style and how that has been shaped through lived experience, the neurobiology of their autonomic nervous system and how it relates to their way they lead people, the traffic lights of safe to toxic culture, how to practice self-regulation in challenging conversations, and implementable tools to live their lives wholeheartedly in all arenas.

Registration price includes one full day training and catering.

Concession rates are offered to Tasmanian Leaders alumni and group bookings of 10+ delegates. For assistance with your group booking, please contact simone.hackett@tasmanianleaders.org.au
